Dr. Patricia Riley is a licensed Chiropractor and the Clinic Director and Co-Owner of Chiropractic Wellness & Rehabilitation, a multidisciplinary clinic located near Lakeridge Health Hospital in Oshawa. Her passion for healthcare began at a young age following successful chiropractic treatment for migraines, and has since evolved into a career defined by clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Dr. Riley earned her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from McMaster University before receiving early acceptance into the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She also holds a Master of Health Sciences (MHSc) degree and a Certificate in University Teaching, with a graduate focus on balance testing and mild traumatic brain injuries.

In 2008, Dr. Riley and her husband opened their thriving, family-focused clinic which provides conservative, evidence-informed care to patients of all ages. Dr. Riley is particularly passionate about incorporating exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle education into her care plans, and is known for her detailed assessments and customized treatment strategies.

Treatment may include a variety of techniques such as spinal manipulation, joint and soft tissue mobilization, muscle release therapy, vibration therapy, low-level laser therapy, electrical modalities, ultrasound, guasha, and more. She also provides nutritional counseling, exercise prescription, custom orthotic assessments, and compression stocking fittings. Dr. Riley ensures that every treatment plan is tailored to the individual and takes into account personal preferences and goals.

In addition to general practice, Dr. Riley is certified in concussion management with expertise in neurological, cognitive, and physical testing for both pre- and post-concussion care. She enjoys treating a broad range of patients, including pregnant individuals, infants, athletes, and older adults.

Dr. Riley is also a seasoned educator. She has held teaching positions at Durham College, Trent University (Faculty of Biology), and Ontario Tech University (Faculty of Health Sciences). She served as a sessional lecturer and a full-time Academic Associate Professor. She has experience teaching courses in Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Human Pathophysiology, and Pharmacology at Ontario Tech University.

Outside of clinical and academic work, Dr. Riley is a proud mother of three boys. She enjoys yoga, clean eating, fitness, family time, and lifelong learning.
