Blaise specializes in biomechanics of the body and integrates what he learned in his background from observing clients he worked with in his Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice regarding imbalances in the musculoskeletal system. Working closely with hundreds of clients on a one-on-one basis, Blaise offers tailored solutions that promote improved posture, movement efficiency, and overall physical alignment. A key focus is on assessing clients' everyday movement patterns and ergonomics, identifying habits and postures that may contribute to discomfort or injury, and providing corrective strategies to improve long-term health. Blaise uses a very gentle approach in the physical manual practice and encourages his clients to become active participants in their own healing journey.
